Returns & Refunds

Not happy with our product? Exchange or refund. No questions asked! Simply return the product within 15 days of purchase.

You may return any non-damaged, unused product in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We strongly advise returns should be sent via a traceable courier service, preferably TCS.

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the product.

To start a return, please message us. Items shipped without a request sent before shipping will not be accepted.

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. And in case of receiving free delivery, standard delivery charges of PKR 300 will be deducted accordingly.
